The four and in the future twelve one-bedroom apartments of Quinta das Eirinhas – Jardim de Bonsai are generously sized and are provided with ample covered terraces. The apartments enjoy panoramic views over ocean, coast and countryside and offer direct access to the mediterranean garden with a freshwater swimming pond, pedestrian tracks, terraces and viewpoints.
The Quinta is situated 150 meters above sea level and faces towards the south east, enjoying wonderful panoramic views over the ocean, coast and country side.

– Project for the installation of a underfloor heating system with geothermal heat pumps, ensuring a comfortable environment in the apartments during the time of year with less high temperatures;
