\nTo this effect Quinta das Eirinhas accepts payment on its reservation page through credit cards of Visa, Euro\/Mastercard, Maestro.
\nAfter reception of the down payment Quinta das Eirinhas sends a confirmation to the email address of the guest.<\/p>\n
The payment of the rest amount of 50% is due until check-in at the start of your stay.
\nThe terminal for automatic payment of Quinta das Eirinhas accepts payment through debit\/credit cards of Visa, Euro\/Mastercard, Maestro.
\nQuinta das Eirinhas does not accept cash payment.<\/p>\n
After reception of the full payment Quinta das Eirinhas sends an invoice\/receipt to the email address of the guest.<\/p>\n
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival the received payment will be refunded.
\nNo refund will take place in case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival.
\nQuinta das Eirinhas therefore strongly recommends a comprehensive travel insurance.<\/p>\n

\nUpon arrival all guests will find a welcome-basket with some foodstuffs and drinks to accompany the start of a stay.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nBathroom products in your apartment include Nuxe Face & Body Wash and Hair & Body Wash in eco-pump-dispensers, reducing your personal carbon footprint by eliminating packaging and excess water.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
\nWe regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss of damage to personal items during your visit.\u00a0<\/span>

\nSmoking is prohibited in all internal and exterior parts of Quinta das Eirinhas.<\/span>
\nAs a result of very strict municipal as well as national measures with regard to fire hazard, all interior and exterior spaces of both the individual apartments as well as the communal\u00a0<\/span>
\nfacilities are non-smoking areas.<\/span>
\nHowever, we do offer designated smoking spots in open-air areas.<\/span>
\nGuests who do not wish to comply with this regulation will be kindly requested to shorten their stay.<\/span>
\nIf you are found to have been smoking in your apartment a 150\u20ac charge will be added to your account due to the extra costs of deep cleaning with an ozon generator as well as eventual damages.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nIn the event of any damage or loss to the contents of your room, including stains to\u00a0any of the soft furnishings, we reserve the right to charge the credit or debit card used to book your reservation with either the full cost of repairing\/cleaning such\u00a0item(s) or, if this is not possible, the replacement cost with new.<\/span>
